Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of electricity and/or mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with slot data systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use an in‑ear communication device.

Responsibilities

• Promotes superior guest service.
• Safeguards against theft and ensures security of all slot machines, keys, radios, and casino property.
• Maintains Electronic Gaming Machines and equipment.
• Assists with training Slot Technician I team members.
• Performs work with little follow up.
• Promotes outstanding customer service, safety, and security.
• Reports developments that may affect the casino operation to slot management.
• Documents and reports the daily activities of the shift.
