Grand Casino Brussels VIAGE is currently looking for a motivated Host and/or Hostess to welcome its clients in the best conditions. You have very good linguistic knowledge (NL/FR/ENG) and you enjoy contact with customers.

Tasks

You will be in charge of welcoming and ensuring the well-being of the customers. Specifically, you will need to:

• Welcome and register clients in accordance with regulations and VIAGE procedures.
• Inform clients and provide them with a high level of service both at Reception and at slot machines.
• Manage the cloakroom with order and rigor: handling coats and personal belongings of clients.

Profile

• You are ready to work on a variable schedule and evenings/nights.
• You are willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• You have a good presentation.
• You have good linguistic knowledge (French, Dutch, and English).
• You are able to provide us with a clean criminal record.
