Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain proper licensure as required by the New York State Gaming Commission.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with dispatching, call management, or administrative coordination, preferably in hospitality or gaming.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize dispatches using a computerized maintenance management system.
• Act as the communication hub between guests, floor personnel, and all casino departments.
• Own all guest requests and concerns, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain deep knowledge of casino operations and property offerings to assist guests and team members.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and professional work environment in a high-energy casino atmosphere.
