Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Slot Attendant will first and foremost represent the company in a manner universally required of all positions within the organization by providing exemplary family style service to all internal and external customers. The Slot Attendant position will consistently display an upbeat and positive attitude while maintaining an approachable appearance at all times. Starting pay is $11.79 per hour plus tips.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the slot floor through maintaining slot machine operation and proper slot system functionality
  • Perform preventative maintenance on slot machines as assigned
  • Participate in slot projects as assigned
  • Participate in slot machine and system training as assigned
  • Accurately and timely completion of administrative duties as assigned
  • Respond to service calls, machine service lights, and slot dispatch calls in a timely manner
  • Adhere to all title 31 requirements
  • Stock and load slot tickets as necessary or as assigned
  • Accurately complete Gaming Intercept Process as required
  • Accurately complete W2G documentation as required
  • Maintain knowledge of State, Gaming and property specific guidelines as to acceptable forms of ID for property entry, jackpot payouts, and Cage transactions
  • Stay abreast of, and be able to articulate, the specifics of all Marketing promotions and offers
  • Maintain cleanliness and best demonstrated safety practices on the gaming floor specifically following all property and departmental SOP’s
  • ID Post support as necessary or requested by management
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements
  • Participate in all mandatory meetings whether departmental or property wide

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and all of the employees.
  • Must obtain, hold, and maintain in good standing, a Colorado Support License
  • Ability to be at work on time as scheduled on a regular basis which include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must have good reading and writing skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
