Job summary

Golden Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Slot Attendant to support Edgewater Casino Resort. You will work on the casino floor, delivering friendly guest service, handling cash, processing jackpots, and redeeming vouchers with accuracy.

You will monitor slot sections, assist guests via service lights, perform minor repairs, maintain a clean area, and uphold game integrity and Title 31 compliance. Join a fast-paced, stimulating environment on the casino floor.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a guest service or casino operations role preferred.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a high-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning and retaining working knowledge of slot machines, payout procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Experience handling cash and operating systems such as computers, radios, scanners, and adding machines.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Monitor assigned slot sections efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Proactively assist guests by responding to service lights, processing jackpots, redeeming ticket vouchers, and making minor machine repairs.
• Refill printer vouchers, inspect for counterfeit currency, and enter jackpot data accurately into the computer system.
• Handle and secure company-issued keys in compliance with departmental procedures.
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while resolving guest disputes and promoting special offers or property amenities.
