Mammoth Mountain is seeking a capable supervisor to lead snow cat grooming operations at Mammoth Mountain. The role oversees the Slope Maintenance department, coordinating equipment, staff, and budgets while driving safety and efficiency in cold-weather conditions.

The position requires 3-4 years of snow cat operations experience and 2-3 years of management, with a commercial driver’s license (HAZMAT endorsements preferred). This is a fulltime, on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 3-4 years on snow cat operations experience.
• 2-3 years management experience preferred.
• Possession of a commercial driving license, including HAZMAT endorsements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all snow cat grooming operations at Mammoth Mountain.
• Coordinate maintenance with Garage Facility and schedule snow cat operators.
• Develop and implement rigorous training programs for staff.
• Develop and implement the SnowSat fleet management system and reporting tools.
