What You'll Do

• Own the Process: Set up and calibrate slitting machines to exact job specs. Run machines, monitor performance, and keep production flowing.
• Solve Problems in Real Time: Troubleshoot issues, make adjustments, and partner with maintenance when bigger repairs are needed.
• Ensure Top Quality: Inspect materials before and after runs. Keep quality high and waste low.
• Keep Things Safe & Clean: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional environment.
• Track Your Work: Record production metrics, machine settings, and quality checks.
  
  

What You Bring

Experience: 1+ year in machine operation (slitting, converting, or coating preferred). High school diploma or GED required.

Skills That Set You Apart

Forklift certified? That’s a plus.

Comfortable with basic math, production specs, and hands-on adjustments.

Prior experience in paper/film coating? Even better.
