Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Good speed and manual dexterity.
• Must be quality oriented and able to work in a team.
• Ability to troubleshoot, adjust, and repair equipment.
• Strong math skills to read instruments.
• Teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Produce paper rolls and maintain productivity on slitting machines.
• Maintain equipment adjustments and perform minor repairs.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Maintain quality records and production data.
• Prepare orders per import/export specs and enter data.
• Track information and generate routine reports.
• Ensure correct raw materials for mill roll requisitions.
• Fill out production reports at end of job.
• Set up and maintain equipment per standards.
• Operate safely around moving machinery and hazards.
