You will operate a Slitter/Rewinder, monitor print and seam quality, splice rolls, and enter data in Radius/Globetek. Work is performed safely, with MCC values emphasizing accountability and teamwork and room for project-based growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide for label counts and conversions.
• Must be comfortable using simple Windows-based applications.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate Slitter/Rewinder to unwind material per specification.
• Check print and seam quality continuously.
• Remove defective material and re-splice the roll as specified.
• Use ruler, safety knife, and hole punch during splicing.
• Handle rolls and palletize without damage.
• Record data in paperwork and Radius/Globetek system.
• Uphold MCC values: accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
