Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Slitter Operator role in Woodland. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain slitter machinery to ensure precise cutting and efficient production operations.
• Set up and adjust slitter equipment according to job specifications, ensuring accurate material processing.
• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment in compliance with industry standards (e.g., OSHA, GMPs).
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper handling and accurate inventory tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Accurately document production processes, material usage, and equipment performance data.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspection of slitter equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in manufacturing or operating slitter machinery is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work swing shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and guidelines is a plus, but training will be provided.
