Job summary

Alltex Staffing & Personnel is seeking a Slitter Machine Operator (CNC) to operate and maintain slitting machines for cutting materials such as paper, plastic, and metal to exact sizes. You will load/unload materials, monitor quality, read blueprints, adjust machines, and keep production records while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

This role requires prior slitting experience and strong mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience operating slitting machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications.
• Proficient in basic math and measurement.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
