• Must have experience operating a press machine.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to successfully pass a measurement test.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with employees and coworkers.

• Production Operation - Operate the slitter to cut materials into specified widths and lengths. Monitor machine operation to ensure consistent product quality and meet production goals. Identify and address production issues as they arise. Follow established safety and quality procedures.

POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Slitter Line Operator

Pay: $18.50/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Location: Strongsville, OH

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Transportation: This location is NOT accessible by public transportation. Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from work.

JOB SUMMARY

The F&P Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating assigned slitting equipment while ensuring products meet quality and productivity standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
