Job summary

Custom Goods, LLC is seeking a Slip Sheet Operator to safely load, unload, and move products in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse using a forklift with slip sheet attachments.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, adherence to OSHA and safety standards, and collaboration with warehouse teams to meet productivity goals; RF scanning and WMS proficiency are preferred.

Evening and weekend overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a forklift with a slip sheet (push-pull) attachment.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts equipped with slip sheet push-pull attachments to load, unload, and transport products.
• Handle freight utilizing slip sheets in place of traditional pallets.
• Load and unload trailers while maintaining product quality and minimizing damage.
• Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and shipping documentation for accuracy.
• Perform inventory movements and replenishments within the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Stage, organize, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and warehouse standards.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and quality personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations.
