Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a forklift operator to move products, equipment, and materials in temperature-controlled and dry storage environments. You will operate stand-up reach forklifts, record item details via RF, and perform routine maintenance while following all safety standards.

You will work a flexible schedule, including weekends, in a team environment that values reliability and careful handling of goods. Lineage emphasizes equal opportunity employment and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20F/-25C to 100F/37C with PPE.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on/off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain/clean batteries and charging station.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
