Job summary

You will follow recipes, measure ingredients, label products correctly, maintain a clean, organized workspace, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines and contribute to our playful, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to follow detailed recipes and SOPs.
• Experience in high-volume production environments.
• Experience measuring ingredients and following standardized recipes.

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of slime production per recipes and design specs.
• Learn all facets of slime production: mixing, molding, stickering, packing.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain product consistency and safety.
• Efficiently package finished slime products and label per standards.
• Keep the production area clean and organized, ensuring a safe workspace.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Support process improvements and introduce new product ideas as needed.
• Log damages or repair needs and relay guest feedback to management.
