Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years' supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years' experience operating machinery and equipment.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. and perform manual handling tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Commitment to safety and clean working environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-offer physical and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Make work assignments for Refractory Finishers and Material Handlers.
• Train teammates to properly complete tasks.
• Ensure all safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Track and improve scrap rates and overall yield.
• Maintain raw material and product identification for traceability.
• Participate in discipline and review process for team members.
• Assist team members to meet production demands.
• Perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.

• Base Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 / Hour

Responsibilities
