Job summary

Printfresh is seeking a highly organized Senior Design Coordinator to drive the seasonal product-development process across sleepwear, apparel, accessories, home and soft goods.

The role serves as the operational center of the Design team, ensuring design information, tech packs, samples and deliverables are accurate, organized, and moving forward on schedule. This in-house, full-time position sits in our Philadelphia office, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, Product Development or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in apparel design coordination, design operations or product development.
• Experience supporting sleepwear, apparel, accessories, home or other sewn-product categories strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of apparel construction, fabrics, trims, tech packs and the product-development process.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate Design team deliverables throughout the seasonal development process.
• Set up and maintain seasonal projects, calendars and task lists based on the company’s time-and-action calendar.
• Monitor deadlines, identify potential delays and proactively follow up with team members to keep work moving.
• Maintain accurate line plans, color documents, style information and seasonal presentations.
• Establish and maintain clear systems for organizing shared design files and communicating current information.
