Bayview Physicians Group in Virginia Beach seeks a skilled Sleep Technologist to perform sleep studies, calibrate equipment, and educate patients. The role supports in-center and at-home testing, with supervision by the medical director.

Credentialing and Virginia licensure in polysomnographic technology are required. You will monitor data, score sleep stages, and prepare comprehensive reports while ensuring patient safety and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

Competenze

• Current Virginia license in Polysomnographic Technology.
• Credentialed by a nationally recognized board with RST, RPSGT or SDS.
• Valid CPR/BCLS certification and proficiency with sleep study software.

Mansioni

• Prepare and educate patients for in-center and home sleep studies.
• Monitor and score sleep studies per AASM standards; generate reports.
• Perform PAP fittings and desensitization procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot sleep center equipment; maintain records.
• Assist with OCST setup and data interpretation.
• Maintain HIPAA and infection control compliance.
