TriState Health in Clarkston, WA is seeking a Sleep Tech Trainee to develop skills for overnight sleep studies under supervision of an RPSGT. The trainee will complete A-STEP modules (paid by TriState Health) and study to pass the RPSGT exam within 12–18 months of hire.

The starting wage for this position as a Trainee is $20.00/hour + $5.00/hour Night Shift differential. Once the employee obtains state licensure the wage increases to a Registered Tech wage range of $27.00 - $39.65 per hour + Night Shift differential.
We are seeking a highly motivated Sleep Tech Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level position where you will develop the technical skills necessary to perform overnight sleep studies (polysomnography) under the supervision of a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).
Success in this role requires a unique blend of hands-on patient care and rigorous independent study. You will be expected to proactively complete required educational modules and prepare for professional board certification while gaining clinical hours. This is a nighttime position .
The Sleep Tech trainee will complete the A-Step modules through the AASM (paid for by TriState Health). Study independently for, take and pass the the RPSGT exam, within 12 - 18 months of hire.
