Job summary

Pivotal Health is seeking experienced RPSGTs, RRTs, and CRTs to join our sleep services team in Fishkill, NY.

Conduct overnight polysomnographic sleep studies, prepare patients for testing, apply electrodes, monitor signals, and ensure regulatory compliance—all in a patient-centered setting with a 2:1 patient-to-technologist ratio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Polysomnography Program.
• Current RPSGT credential and/or CRT/RRT license.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.
• Ability to work overnight schedules.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Required immunizations and health clearances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct overnight polysomnographic sleep studies in accordance with AASM standards.
• Prepare patients for testing and explain study procedures.
• Apply electrodes and monitoring equipment and verify signal quality.
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot sleep diagnostic equipment.
• Perform PAP mask fittings and titration studies as appropriate.
• Monitor and document sleep-related physiological events.
• Analyze and score sleep studies for physician interpretation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care throughout the testing process.

Schedule

Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Available employment types:

Typically scheduled 3-4 overnight shifts per week.

Compensation

Starting at $40+/hour DOE

Compensation is based on credentials, experience, qualifications, and overall sleep medicine experience.
