Job summary

VillageMD is seeking a skilled Sleep Technologist to review patient data and prepare for PSG, attach electrodes, monitor patients, and document findings. You will administer oxygen and CPAP as needed, and may perform sleep-related procedures.

Experience in sleep studies and a valid license are required, with BCLS certification and strong patient rapport. This full-time role offers benefits and a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year–18 months of sleep experience.
• RPSGT eligible required per facility policy; however, RPSGT preferred.
• Must hold and maintain active NJ Polysomnography Technologist license.
• Active BCLS required.

Responsibilities

• Review patient data in preparedness for a PSG.
• Hook patient up with electrodes/monitoring equipment for PSG.
• Monitor patients during PSG and document notes every half hour.
• Administer oxygen and CPAP/BiPAP per protocol.
• Perform procedures such as seizure monitoring or multiple sleep latency testing.
• Document post-PSG findings and equipment readiness.
