Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in North Olmsted, OH is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMATCH system.

You will work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends, provide a relaxed, educational shopping experience, and leverage tablets and POS to complete purchases.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience in a retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using the bedMATCH system and trained selling process.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto vehicles and provide a relaxed shopping experience.
• Utilize tablets and mobile POS to complete transactions.
• Maintain showroom presentation and participate in training and growth programs.
• Work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
