Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in life sciences.
• Experience working with human volunteers and recruitment. Familiarity with data/data file management, computer data management programs, and Macintosh computers is a plus.
• Performs independently within department policies and practices; seeks supervisor guidance for complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Interact with participants and their families during recruitment and data collection.
• Prepare materials for in-lab studies and organize study protocols and supplies.
• Attend study planning meetings and assist with scheduling and coordination.
• Perform data entry and contribute to data quality checks and IRB-related materials.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling participant information; adapt to flexible study schedules, including evenings or weekends.
