Job summary

A medical staffing agency is seeking a Sleep Medicine Physician in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will provide outpatient care, conduct inpatient consultations, and have the opportunity to serve as the Medical Director of an accredited Sleep Lab. This position requires Physician/MD qualifications. Excellent salary with full benefits is offered, but no Visa candidates will be considered.

Qualifications

• Looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Sleep Medicine Physician.
• Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to serve as Medical Director for an accredited Sleep Lab.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care focusing on sleep medicine.
• Conduct inpatient consultations and optional management.
• Interpret sleep studies and direct CPAP titration.
• Interpret Sleep studies and direct CPAP titration.
• Night and weekend call coverage provided by Hospitalist Service.

Essential Functions

• Sleep Medicine
• Outpatient focus
• Inpatient consultations and optional inpatient management
• Serve as Medical Director of accredited Sleep Lab
• Interpret Sleep studies, direct CPAP titration, etc.

Night and weekend call coverage is provided by Hospitalist Service.
