Job description

Sleep Medicine Physician Position at Henry Ford Medical Group

The Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Sleep Medicine, is seeking a full-time Sleep Medicine Physician to join our team. Our ACGME-accredited fellowship trains three physicians annually and educates multiple trainees from our residency and fellowship programs. Our three AASM-accredited sleep laboratories feature a total of 12 beds, providing over 5,000 outpatient visits, nearly 3,000 polysomnograms annually, and 1,500 home sleep studies. Three PhDs oversee NIH and pharmaceutical studies, with international recognition for work in insomnia, circadian disorders, sleep apnea, sleep and pain, sleep pharmacology, and sleep therapies. The ideal candidate would complement our current clinical and research endeavors.

Qualifications

1. Must have completed or are currently completing an ACGME/AOA-approved Sleep Medicine Fellowship
2. Board certification in Psychiatry and Neurology is ideal
