Job Description

The Eastern Oklahoma VA Healthcare System (EOVAHCS) is seeking a Sleep Medicine Physician to serve at the Earnest Childers VA Center in Tulsa, OK. Our ideal candidate will enjoy a busy, clinical practice and be dual board certified/eligible in Pulmonary Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice. Must be board-certified in Sleep Medicine.

Qualified applicants will have an MD/DO, current medical license, and be board-certified or eligible in Sleep Medicine. The position involves outpatient and telemedicine clinics evaluating, diagnosing, and treating sleep disorders, including non-surgical therapies and home sleep testing. There may be opportunities to collaborate with subspecialists and to develop a sleep lab. Academic affiliation and research are possible.

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, with telework options. No call coverage required.

Minimum Requirements
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Unrestricted medical license in the U.S.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Sleep Medicine
  • Additional board certification in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, or Family Practice
Compensation and Benefits
  • $230,000 - $260,000 salary based on experience
