Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Sleep Medicine / Neurology NP or PA for a permanent, full-time role in La Grande, Oregon. Four 10-hour days, day shift, with relocation assistance and a strong compensation package.

New grads welcome. The ideal candidate will hold NP or PA licensure with board certification or eligibility and experience in sleep medicine or neurology; rural practice experience is a plus. Competitive base salary with incentives and sign-on benefits.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure is required.
• Board certification or board eligibility required.
• Experience in sleep medicine or neurology preferred.
• 1-2 years of NP/PA experience with neurology preferred.
• Willingness to practice in rural Eastern Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with sleep disorders.
• Review sleep studies with physician support in an AASM-accredited facility.
• Initiate and manage PAP therapy.
• Educate patients and families on sleep hygiene and adherence.
• Maintain EPIC documentation.

Education
