Job summary
SourcePro Search, LLC is assisting a rural Eastern Oregon hospital in recruiting a Sleep Medicine / Neurology NP or PA. New grads welcome; relocation assistance provided. This is a permanent, full-time role on a day shift with four 10-hour days in La Grande, OR.
Featuring a competitive base salary of $145K–$150K+, a $20K commencement bonus, up to $15K incentives, CME allowance, student loan repayment, and robust benefits, including 401K with match and malpractice coverage.
Qualifications
- Current NP or PA licensure (required).
- Board certification or board eligibility (required).
- Experience in sleep medicine or neurology (preferred).
- 1-2 years of NP/PA experience; neurology preferred.
- Comfort with practicing in a rural community setting.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with a range of sleep disorders.
- Review sleep studies with physician support in an AASM-accredited facility.
- Initiate and manage PAP therapy for appropriate patients.
- Provide patient and family education on sleep hygiene and treatment adherence.
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EHRs.
