Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Sleep Medicine/Neurology NP or PA to join a rural Eastern Oregon Critical Access Hospital. Relocation assistance is provided and new grads are welcome.

The role offers a permanent, full-time schedule with four 10-hour days (day shift) in La Grande, OR. The compensation ranges from $145K–$150K+ per year, with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including $8,000 CME allowance and student loan repayment.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure.
• Board certification or board eligibility.
• Experience in sleep medicine or neurology preferred.
• 1–2 years of NP/PA experience; neurology preferred.
• Comfort with practicing in a rural community setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with sleep disorders.
• Review sleep studies with physician support in an AASM-accredited facility with in-lab and home monitoring.
• Initiate and manage PAP therapy for appropriate patients.
• Educate patients and families on sleep hygiene and adherence.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EHRs.

Compensation: $145K - $150K+ per year

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients presenting with a wide range of sleep disorders
• Review sleep studies with physician support in an AASM-accredited sleep facility offering both in-lab and home sleep monitoring services
• Initiate and manage PAP therapy for appropriate patients
• Provide patient and family education on sleep hygiene and treatment adherence
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health records

Qualifications

• Experience in sleep medicine or neurology (preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience as a NP/PA with experience in Neurology preferred
• Comfort with and interest in practicing in a rural community setting

Compensation & Benefits
