Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Sleep Medicine / Neurology NP or PA to join a rural Eastern Oregon Critical Access Hospital in La Grande. This permanent, full-time role features four 10-hour days on a day shift and relocation assistance, offering an attractive lifestyle in a scenic region.

New grads are welcome. Compensation includes a base of $145K–$150K+ per year, plus incentives and a generous benefits package with a $20K commencement bonus and CME allowance while supporting

Qualifications

• Must hold NP or PA licensure (current).
• Board certification or eligibility required.
• Experience in sleep medicine or neurology preferred.
• 1–2 years of NP/PA experience with neurology preferred.
• Comfort with practicing in a rural community setting.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and manage patients with sleep disorders.
• Review sleep studies with physician support in an AASM-accredited facility.
• Initiate and manage PAP therapy for appropriate patients.
• Educate patients and families on sleep hygiene and treatment adherence.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR.

Compensation: $145K - $150K+ per year

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients presenting with a wide range of sleep disorders
• Review sleep studies with physician support in an AASM-accredited sleep facility offering both in-lab and home sleep monitoring services
• Initiate and manage PAP therapy for appropriate patients
• Provide patient and family education on sleep hygiene and treatment adherence
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health records

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA licensure (required)
• Board certification or board eligibility (required)
• Experience in sleep medicine or neurology (preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience as a NP/PA with experience in Neurology preferred
• Comfort with and interest in practicing in a rural community setting

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary ($147K+)
