Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring Sleep Experts to help customers find the right mattress and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will build strong relationships, share product knowledge, and drive personal sales performance while upholding company values.

Job Details:

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.

Compensation:

Competitive pay range of $63,000 to $77,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. *Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
