Job summary

Mattress Firm in Orlando is hiring Sleep Experts who put the customer at the center. You’ll help customers find the dream mattress and create an exceptional in-store experience, while working in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders).
• Maintain awareness of competitors' ads and services.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $51,000 - $63,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.

Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
