Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking professionals to join our team as Sleep Experts who help customers find the right mattress and enhance their sleep experience. The role emphasizes customer-centric selling with uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match.

You will provide product knowledge, build relationships, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards. This position includes the physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in store locations.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $62,000 - $76,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
