Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring a Sleep Expert to support stores within a 30-45 minute radius of the home store location. You will elevate the customer experience by acting as a sleep authority and recommending best-in-class products, while executing selling programs with digital tools to support omnichannel initiatives.

You will build strong customer relationships, share product knowledge, drive sales KPIs, and help maintain post-purchase relationships, including delivery reminders.

Sleep Expert

Responsibilities

• The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products.
• Experts will execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.
• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $50,000-$62,000 * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. *Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
