Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Part Time Sleep Expert to guide customers toward better sleep through personalized, consultative sales in a storefront environment. You will greet guests, assess sleep needs, and recommend mattresses, bases, and bedding that fit comfort and budget.

You’ll learn our product lineup, use POS systems to complete accurate sales, and help maintain a clean, inviting showroom. You’ll contribute to individual and store goals while delivering exceptional service.
