Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Part Time Sleep Expert to guide customers to better sleep through personalized, consultative sales. You’ll greet guests, assess sleep needs, and recommend mattresses, bases, and bedding solutions that fit comfort and budget.

You’ll learn our product lineup, use POS systems to complete accurate sales, and help maintain clean, inviting showrooms. You’ll work toward individual and store sales goals while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications
