Job summary

Sleep Disorders Center in Buckeye Lake, OH seeks a Polysomnography Tech or Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a growing night shift team. The role delivers diagnostic testing and patient care per standards, scores studies for physician interpretation, and supports billing and equipment management.

The ideal candidate will have an Ohio license as an RRT or polysomnography technologist, BRPT or RPSGT, and at least one year of room experience. BLS is required; weekend/holiday rotations apply.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sleep center or respiratory therapy.
• Must be registered polysomnography technologist or RRT with Ohio license.
• BRPT or RPSGT certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform PSG and related sleep studies independently with high quality.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment; report problems to management.
• Select recording montages and obtain high quality recordings while minimizing artifacts.
• Assess patient status before, during and after tests to ensure continuity of care.
• Operate all equipment in an optimal manner; meet patient needs and expectations.
• Identify and complete additional projects as assigned.
