We are hiring a Small-Medium Government Account Executive to grow our business. This remote-first position requires a customer-centric sales professional with experience in local government and prospecting across large regions. It’s an individual contributor role with high autonomy, activity, and attention to detail.

While we are remote-first, in-office work is an option if you are near one of our hubs.

What You Will Do
  • Drive sales and expand market presence in your territory.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate and nurture leads.
  • Create compelling value propositions for clients.
  • Partner with others to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Lead pursuit teams for large opportunities.
  • Guide prospects through the buying process.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet targets.
  • Understand customer needs across operational, business, and technical areas.
  • Deliver tailored presentations showcasing Granicus’ solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver pitches and proposals.
  • Manage all sales activities from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain detailed records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Present quarterly sales reviews to management.
  • Travel approximately 30% for client engagement.
