Job Summary

As a Creative Content Producer with expertise in Video, Photography, Graphic Design, and Web Design, you will play a central role in crafting captivating and visually appealing content that aligns with our objectives and connects with our core audience. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing and planning video shoots, directing talent, editing, and post-producing high-quality videos. You will design graphics for digital and multimedia, ensuring our brand consistency throughout. Additionally, you'll plan and execute product and lifestyle photography, retouch images, and optimize content for various platforms. Your experience in web design will be important in creating user-friendly, visually engaging content that enhances our brand's online presence. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing equipment, and ensuring the backup of content source files will also be part of your role.

Missions

Content Strategy And Planning

  • Collaborate with the marketing team, acquisition and retention managers, and product team to develop content that supports new product initiatives and ongoing marketing programs.

Video Production

  • Conceptualize, script, and storyboard video content that aligns with our brand's message and goals.
  • Shoot, edit, and post-produce video and audio content, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to our brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the production process, including coordinating shoots, managing equipment, and directing talent and crew.
  • Bonus points if you are comfortable in front of the camera.

Photography

  • Conceptualize and plan photoshoots for product shots, lifestyle images, and promotional material.
  • Direct and guide artists, producers, models, or subjects during photoshoots to capture desired imagery.
  • Edit and retouch photos to maintain consistent visual standards and optimize images for various platforms.

Graphic Design

  • Design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, 3D graphics, and infographics for digital and print media.
  • Create engaging visual content for social media, website banners, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure all graphic design work aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity.

Web Design

  • Conceptualize and design visually appealing and user-friendly website content that aligns with the company’s brand identity style guide and objectives.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure the seamless integration of design elements and functionality.

Quality Control And Brand Consistency

  • Review all content to maintain high-quality standards, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to team members to ensure continuous quality content improvement.

Content Distribution And Optimization

  • Optimize content for various platforms, ensuring it suits social media, websites, and other channels.

Required Experience

5+ years as a content production expert in video, editing, photography, graphic design, digital media, and web design. Strong knowledge and application of digital marketing and advertising techniques including social media, search, websites, and print media. Extensive experience with new product introductions and go-to-market campaign content creation. Expert-level user of key video, image editing, design, and audio recording software. Proven ability to efficiently manage time, juggle projects, and track progress to deliver content on tight deadlines. Experience with meticulous management of content assets and archiving.
