Job summary

Heraeus Holding GmbH in Wartburg, TN is seeking a Slag Processing Supervisor to lead the slag processing team, ensuring safe and timely handling of slag from the Smelter, Converter and SDF, while driving accurate precious‑metal recovery and reporting.

The role involves coordinating production priorities, supporting on-time delivery, and escalating safety and staffing issues to management for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Role Responsibilities

The Slag Processing Supervisor leads the daily work of the Slag Processing team to ensure safe, timely handling, processing and sampling of slag from the Smelter, Converter and SDF. The role carries out approved production priorities, supports on-time delivery and accurate precious-metal recovery and tracking, and escalates operational, safety and staffing issues to management.
