Job Responsibilities:

1. Build and customize Slack and other collaboration workspaces.
2. Identify the gaps between current and desired end-states of Slack and plan solutions.
3. Improve collaboration and SaaS integrations to ensure consistent performance of the app.
4. Support and escalate points for technical issues and resolve Slack escalation queues.
5. Assist with delivery management processes and enforcement.
6. Offer trainings of all Slack, custom Slack apps, workflow, and other digital workplace tools.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
2. Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience with SaaS and Slack.
3. Knowledge of digital workplace tools, specifically Slack Admin, Slack Workflows, Slack Forms, Slack APPs and APIs.
4. Strong grasp of Python and AWS.
5. Proficiency with web services/RESTful APIs.
6. Strongholds on databases, including knowledge of SQL and NoSQL models.

Preferred Skills:

1. Familiarity with networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks.
2. Understanding of cloud security models and API security models.
3. Practical knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile Frameworks.
4. Experience working in an Agile environment.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Opportunity: Full Time Contracting, 4 hours overlap with PST. Notice Period: 2 weeks only.
