Job summary

Cambria in Greenfield, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to build loads for samples and customers, operate a forklift and overhead crane, sort slabs, and maintain safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform daily safety checks, participate in cycle counts, manage inventory, document forklift activity, and keep work areas organized while meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation.
• Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation.
• Basic computer skills for digital checklists and inventory records.
• High school diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Build loads for samples and Cambria customers as needed.
• Operate a forklift and overhead crane throughout the shift.
• Sort slabs and store them in correct locations by disposition.
• Complete daily safety inspections of forklift and crane.
• Participate in quarterly cycle counts.
• Organize warehouse; manage raw materials, packages, and pallets.
• Move materials between staging, production, and delivery areas with a forklift.
• Ensure slabs are scanned at time of movement and maintain inventory records.
• Document forklift usage and keep area clean and orderly.
• Support load staging, A-frame/slab return, and load planner reports.
