What will be your daily pursuit?
As the Skywalk Supervisor you will work with the manager to create a positive environment for staff, ensure the attraction runs smoothly and help make lasting memories for each and every guest.
What will your compensation be?
The starting salary for this position is $21.00 per hour + $1.50/hr retention bonus for every regular hour worked.

What will you do in this job?
Support, coach, encourage and ensure that each member of the Skywalk team provides an interactive and professional guest experience.
Coordinate and participate in the daily running of the Skywalk operation including training, scheduling, recognition, and performance management duties.
Oversee the daily operations of the Skywalk experience when the manager is away.
Ensure a memorable and positive experience for our guests and staff through implementing and delivering the standard operating policies and procedures.
Act as leadership for the Skywalk Interpretive Guides, Skywalk Team Leads and Driver Guides while in the field.
Deliver an exceptional Interpretive experience to our guests.
Stand in for the Manager as required and ‘own’ the attraction with a high level of consistency and guest experience.
Assist Skywalk Manager with tasks in a timely and detailed manner.
Have a great knowledge of our Interp department to provide support and assistance when needed.
Answer guest reviews on Trip Advisor and Google professionally.
What skills and experience do you need for this job?
Organization and time management skills are required.
A passion for making a difference for each guest and employee is essential.
Strong administrative skills and a Class 5 Canadian driver’s license (clean abstract) are required.
Previous supervisory, interpretive guiding experience preferred.
Guest service-oriented mindset and a passion for coaching and developing employee skills.
Ability to think on the fly and outside the box to solve problems with a positive attitude.
Seeking someone mature, energetic, dependable, and self-driven to lead the Skywalk team.
Ability to thrive and lead independently in a fast-paced, chaotic, high-pressure environment.
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in both indoor and outdoor environments, prepared for all weather conditions.
Consent to a criminal record check is required.
Commitment to become an interpretive expert through a four-day training program (provided upon starting employment).
Standard First-Aid or higher is an asset.
