Job summary

Ace Parking Management is seeking a compassionate Mobility Attendant to support PHX SkyTrain riders between Rental Car Center and Terminals 3 and 4. You will provide safe, courteous mobility assistance, adhere to ADA guidelines, and help passengers with wheelchairs and boarding.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication, patience, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to safely push and maneuver a wheelchair.
• Clear verbal communication and empathy.
• Able to stand, walk, and assist passengers for extended periods.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety during wheelchair assistance.
• Follow ADA guidelines and airport policies.
• Maintain situational awareness in high-traffic environments.
• Provide clear instructions and reassurance during transport.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting SkyTrain.
• Deliver friendly, patient customer service.
• Support efficient passenger flow and service quality.
