Job summary

LE0024 Transforming Age Associates, LLC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for Skyline at First Hill in Seattle. You will read and follow resident ADLs, document conditions, and assist with bathing, hygiene, and dressing.

You’ll help serve meals, support activities, and monitor safety and comfort in a team‑oriented setting. You must have a WA CNA license, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized training.
• Current WA CNA license in good standing.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to complete responsibilities of the position.
• Completion of background check, drug test, and other pre-employment tasks such as fingerprinting, a physical exam, and TB test as required by state/local guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow the resident’s individually designed ADL directives.
• Make accurate chart notes daily on residents’ conditions, chart on flow sheets and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist residents with bathing, use of facilities, oral hygiene, grooming, nail clipping, and dressing.
• Assist in serving meals, leading and attending activities.
• Remain current with all changes regarding residents and department operations; check schedules and activities to assist residents as necessary.
• Assist in the admission and discharge of residents.
• Record vital signs and conditions on a scheduled basis or as needed.
• Provide verbal and physical assists to residents in transfers/ambulation.
• Answer calls for assistance promptly and report any possible safety hazards.
• Maintain neat and clean work areas and keep resident rooms in order to provide a comfortable, clean, safe environment at all times.
• Ensure assigned residents are provided an opportunity to participate in social, physical, creative, and spiritual activities of their choice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

$22 to $27 per hour DOE for full‑time and part‑time; $26.00 for on‑call team members.
