Job summary

Sky Zone Brea is seeking an energetic Shift Lead to guide a team of court monitors and crew, ensuring smooth park operations and an unforgettable guest experience in Brea, CA.

You'll supervise shifts, reinforce safety policies, handle opening/closing tasks, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, active environment. This opening team role offers growth opportunities and a chance to be part of the Sky Zone community.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active through an entire shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth park operations.
• Enforce Sky Zone safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including POS system operations, transaction verification, and daily operational checklists.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor courts and attractions to ensure compliance with Sky Zone operating standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance, safety, and guest service expectations.
• Coordinate team assignments, break coverage, and staffing needs throughout assigned shifts.
• Maintain park cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
• Communicate effectively with park management regarding staffing, incidents, guest concerns, and operational needs.
• Lead by example and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
