Sky Zone Court Monitor position at our indoor trampoline park offers an active, guest-facing role focused on safety and fun. You will supervise trampoline courts, enforce safety rules, and interact with guests to create a positive atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer-facing experience, strong situational awareness, and the stamina to stay on their feet for up to 8 hours. A monthly and quarterly bonus structure rewards hard work and dedication.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sky Zone Court Monitor, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising trampoline courts and ensuring guests follow safety rules.
• Maintaining situational awareness to identify guests in distress, fatigued, or experiencing a medical emergency.
• Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and promoting a fun atmosphere.
• Assisting with the setup and maintenance of trampoline courts and attractions.
• Supporting the team with other duties as needed to keep the park running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are active, attentive, and ready to bring their A-game every day. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
