Job description

Your tasks

• Perform complex CNC setups on all machines (CNC Swiss Turn/Lathe/Mill) and (Heidenhain/Fanuc/Haas Controller).


• Create CNC programs using MasterCAM, Esprit, or equivalent for various CNC machine types, including creating setup sheets.


• Able to fully train Level I, Level II, and new operators to run and set up CNC machines.


• Design, program, and machine work holding fixtures; make manual edits to G and M codes; troubleshoot code issues.

Your profile

• Certificate of completion in operation of machine shop equipment and measuring tools or recent two years' experience as a Level 3 machine shop operator.


• Strong computer skills, as CNC operators use software to control machinery.


• Strong math skills for inputting specific dimensions and figures into CNC machinery, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
