Responsibilities

• Provide professional, upbeat customer service and lead by example.
• Educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals as an individual and team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming salon environment.
• Handle daily business tasks and operations to ensure smooth service.
• Oversee day-to-day salon operations including staffing and development.
