North Central Tan, LLC is seeking energetic team members for Palm Beach Tan locations. Earn a base hourly pay of $11.00–$15.00 with uncapped commission up to 15% of total sales, depending on location and experience. Flexible scheduling and customer-focused environment offer strong earning potential and employee discounts.

Responsibilities include guiding customers on skincare and tanning products, hitting sales targets, handling cash, and maintaining store upkeep. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers on our skincare products and their benefits
• Assist customers with their tanning needs while adhering to state and local recommendations
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Keep the salon clean and organized
• Manage cash and perform daily administrative tasks
• Track personal and team progress towards goals
• Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service
